Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what a purchase needs:

• Your email address, so the order can be confirmed and the download sent
• Your name, if you enter one at checkout
• The order id, amount and payment status returned by Razorpay

What we never see

Your card number, UPI PIN, CVV, netbanking password or any other payment credential. The payment happens inside Razorpay's own checkout. Those details go to Razorpay and its banking partners, never to this website.

How it is used

To confirm your payment, email you the download link, re-send it if it does not arrive, answer you if you write about the order, and keep the records a business is required to keep.

Your address is used for your order and nothing else. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and buying does not put you on a mailing list — if we ever want to send you anything beyond your order, we will ask first.

Who else processes it

Four companies, each for one job, each under its own privacy policy:

• Razorpay Software Private Limited — takes the payment and holds the payment record
• Netlify — hosts this site and runs the order functions, logging requests as any host does
• Supabase — stores the order record (order id, amount, status, your email) so your purchase can be found and your download re-sent
• Resend — sends the one email that carries your download link

How long it is kept

Order records are kept for eight years, which is what Indian tax and accounting rules require of them. Your email sits in that record so a lost download can be re-sent.

You can ask us to delete anything held beyond what those rules require, and we will.

Your choices

Email us at offscriptlabss@gmail.com to see what is held about your order, correct it, or ask for deletion.
