Refund policy

The short version

There are two ways to get your money back. The first is the client guarantee: follow the playbook for 30 days, show us the tracker, and if you did not land a client you do not pay for it. The second is any failure on our side to deliver what you bought.

Outside those, the purchase is final — the whole bundle downloads the moment payment is confirmed.

The client guarantee

If you follow the playbook for 30 days and do not land a client, we refund you in full. This is the operative statement of the guarantee advertised on the sales page and in the terms of use; where any of them differ, this page governs.

The guarantee is conditional on documented effort. We ask for the tracker because the guarantee is about doing the work, not about downloading the files. We are checking that the month happened — we are not marking the quality of your outreach and we will not argue over individual rows.

• Start within 14 days of purchase, and work the method for 30 days
• Contact at least 100 businesses, each logged in the supplied tracker with the date
• Send the follow-ups on the schedule the 30-day launch plan sets out
• Email the filled tracker to offscriptlabss@gmail.com within 45 days of your payment date
• One claim per buyer

We will also refund you if

• You were charged more than once for the same order
• Payment was taken but the download never unlocked, and we cannot deliver the files to you
• The files are corrupt or unopenable and we cannot supply working replacements

We will not refund

• A guarantee claim with no tracker, or a tracker showing the 30 days were not worked
• Change of mind
• Buying by mistake after the files have been downloaded
• Not having had the time to use it
• A claim made more than 45 days after payment

What the guarantee is not

The guarantee is a refund term, not an income promise. It says that a month of documented work which produces no client costs you nothing — it does not promise any amount of money, any number of clients, or any result beyond the first one.

Whether outreach works for you depends on your niche, the quality of your work, your pricing and whether you actually send the messages. Those are yours. The refund is ours, and we honour it.

How to ask

Email us at offscriptlabss@gmail.com with your order id, and the tracker if you are claiming on the guarantee. We reply to every message about a payment.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

There is nothing to cancel. This is a one-time purchase with no subscription and no recurring charge.
