Software built to last in production — and attacked before it ships.

Digital marketing, software and cybersecurity from Ahmedabad. One team brings in the leads, builds the site, app or product they land in, and attacks it before your customers trust it with their data.

How we work

  • You work with the builders

The engineer who scopes your project is the one who writes it. Nothing is handed to a team you never met.

  • Yours from commit one

Your repository, your cloud accounts, your domains — from day one. Nothing you have to keep paying us to keep running.

  • Offence and defence, one team

The people who write your access control are the people who try to break it the following month.

  • Budgets, not opinions

Speed and accessibility targets are agreed up front and checked against the real build — not argued about after launch.

One team, three jobs

Bring them in. Build it properly. Then try to break it.

Most companies buy these from three suppliers and let them blame each other. We do all three, which means the ad and the landing page are planned together, and a security finding arrives with an engineer who can fix it.

Grow

First, bring people who are ready to buy

Most software projects are judged on a number nobody planned for: enquiries. We run the search, paid and content work that brings buyers in, and we build the pages they land on — so the campaign and the page are never two vendors blaming each other for the same drop-off.

  • SEO, Google Ads and paid social run against enquiries
  • Landing pages built in-house, not requested from someone else
  • Analytics and conversion tracking you can actually audit
  • Reporting that leads with cost per enquiry

Build

Then build something still cheap to change in year two

Most software does not fail at launch. It fails eighteen months in, when a change that should take a day takes a fortnight because nobody wrote down why the database looks like that. We build for that moment: typed boundaries, migrations that run both ways, tests where they earn their cost, and every significant decision recorded with the trade-off behind it.

  • Architecture decision records, not folklore
  • Reversible migrations and seeded environments
  • CI, staging and rollback from week one
  • Handover documentation your next hire can follow

Secure

Then come back and attack it

Testing your own work sounds like a conflict of interest — until you see how differently an engineer writes access control knowing a colleague will spend a week trying to defeat it. We test against OWASP ASVS and PTES, rank findings by what is actually reachable in your deployment rather than by scanner score, and retest once you have fixed them.

  • Authenticated and unauthenticated application testing
  • Secure code review of the authorisation layer
  • Findings ranked by real exploitability, with proof
  • Retest included — closure is evidenced, not asserted

Track record

500+

Projects delivered

Websites, products, internal systems and security engagements — taken from first scope to live in production.

  • 75+

    Clients served

From first-time founders to established companies with their own engineering teams.

  • 10

    Disciplines in-house

Build and security under one roof, so testing your software is never a handover to a third party.

  • 7

    Public standards

Public methodologies our work is measured against — OWASP, PTES, NIST and CIS among them.

Everything we build

Six of the ten things we do

Scoped around the outcome you need rather than a package tier. These six are the most asked for — all ten are on the services page.

year two. We build for that bill.

We maintain our own products, so the habits that make year two cheap are the ones we already have. You inherit them by default.

How we work

Four steps, and you see working software in every one

No discovery phase that produces a slide deck. Each step ends with something you can look at and disagree with.

  1. Scope

You get a written scope that says what we are building and what we are deliberately not — with the reasoning attached. Later arguments about features start from that document instead of from memory.

  2. Shape

We settle the data model, the trust boundaries and the interface before any production code exists. It is the cheapest hour of the whole engagement, and the one most often skipped.

  3. Build

Every week you see working software, not a progress bar. You are looking at the same build we are, early enough that changing your mind is still cheap.

  4. Harden and hand over

We security-test it, hold it to the agreed performance budgets, write the runbooks, and walk your team through it. You end up owning the repository, the infrastructure and the knowledge to run it.

How we engage

Commitments you can hold us to

No badges, no logo wall. Six things that either happen on your engagement or visibly do not.

Engagement terms

6 of 6 included as standard

  1. You own everything

Your repository, your cloud accounts, your domains — from the first commit. Nothing proprietary that you have to keep paying us to keep running.

  2. Retest is included

A finding is not closed because someone says it is fixed. We verify it and reissue the report, so you can prove it closed rather than claim it.

  3. Least-privilege access

We ask for the least access that lets us do the agreed work, on named accounts you can revoke at any time — and we tell you what we intend to touch before we touch it.

  4. Data returned or destroyed

When the engagement ends, all test data, credentials and evidence are handed back or securely destroyed — and we confirm it in writing.

  5. NDA before scoping

We will sign yours before you tell us anything about the system. The scoping conversation happens under it, not after.

  6. Findings you can act on

Every finding comes with steps to reproduce it, its real-world impact, and a specific fix. If we cannot explain how it would be exploited, it does not go in the report as a finding.

Every clause above is falsifiable: it either happens on your engagement or it visibly does not. Ask us to point at any of them on the call.

How we approach a build

Problem, approach, stack, outcome — written so you can judge the reasoning, not just the result.

All case studies

These are placeholders. They illustrate how we scope and write up an engagement. They are not delivered client projects, and they contain no outcome metrics.

Questions we get asked

If yours is not here, ask it on the call — we would rather answer it before you sign anything.

Ask us directly

Tell us what you're building

A short call, a direct answer on whether we're the right fit, and a written scope if we are. No pitch deck.
