Software development services

Websites, web and mobile apps, MVPs, SaaS, CRM and AI automation, built in Ahmedabad for businesses across India and beyond. Scoped around the outcome you need, shipped with tests that mean something, and every account in your name.

Not sure which you need?

Describe the problem rather than the solution — scoping it properly is the first thing we do anyway.

  • Websites

A site that loads fast on a mid-range phone, holds up to an SEO audit, and your team can edit without a developer on standby.

    • Static generation, Core Web Vitals budgets in CI
    • Semantic markup and WCAG AA as the baseline
    • Structured data, sitemaps, canonical handling
  • Web & mobile apps

One product that works properly on every screen your customers actually own — sharing one core instead of drifting into two codebases that disagree.

    • React and React Native over one shared core
    • Offline-tolerant state and conflict resolution
    • Store submission, signing and release pipelines
  • MVP development

The smallest honest version of your product, in front of real users while you still have the runway to act on what they do.

    • Scope negotiation — what gets cut, and why, in writing
    • Auth, permissions and audit built early; polish deferred
    • Instrumented from day one so learning is evidence, not opinion
  • SaaS products

Multi-tenant software with the unglamorous parts that decide whether you can sell to bigger customers: tenant isolation, roles, billing and audit trails.

    • Tenant isolation enforced at the data layer, not the UI
    • RBAC, subscription billing, usage metering
    • Observability, error budgets and a release process
  • CRM

A pipeline your team actually keeps up to date, because it saves them time — shaped around how you really sell, not how a vendor assumed you would.

    • Custom stages, permissions and record models
    • Email, calendar and WhatsApp integration
    • Migration from spreadsheets or an off-the-shelf tool
  • AI automation

We automate the specific repetitive work eating your team's week, and put a human checkpoint anywhere a wrong answer would be expensive.

    • Document extraction, triage, summarisation, routing
    • Human-in-the-loop review on consequential steps
    • An evaluation set, so quality is measured against a baseline
  • WhatsApp automation

Reach customers where they already reply, without anyone watching an inbox at midnight. Built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform — not a workaround that gets your number banned.

    • Template design and approval, opt-in handling
    • Notifications, reminders, order and booking flows
    • Clean escalation from automated reply to a person
  • AI chatbots

An assistant grounded in your own content that says "I don't know" instead of inventing an answer — because a confident wrong reply costs more than no reply.

    • Answers grounded in your own documentation, with citations
    • Refusal behaviour and escalation paths defined up front
    • Conversation logging and ongoing quality review
  • AI voice assistants

Voice agents that handle the calls which follow a script and hand the rest to a person — fast enough that callers stay on the line.

    • Inbound qualification, booking and callbacks
    • Low-latency speech pipelines and barge-in handling
    • Telephony integration, recording and transcripts
  • Custom solutions

The work that fits no category — internal tools, integrations, migrations, and the unglamorous systems quietly holding your operations together.

    • Internal tools and admin systems
    • Third-party and legacy integrations
    • Data migration and platform moves, run without downtime

What we actually build with

Named rather than described. If you already run some of this, the handover is shorter — and if you run something we have not listed, say so, because most of it transfers.

What it costs

What actually moves the number

We do not publish a rate card, because a number without a scope attached is worthless to both of us. What we can tell you is exactly what makes an estimate go up or down — including the two that bring it down.

  • Unclear scope

    Raises it

The single largest multiplier, and the one nobody budgets for. Work that is specified as it is being built gets built more than once.

  • Integrations you do not control

    Raises it

A third-party API with thin documentation, a sandbox that behaves differently from production, or a partner on their own timeline. Estimating these honestly means estimating them wide.

  • Compliance and audit requirements

    Raises it

Audit trails, access reviews and evidence collection are cheap to build in at the start and expensive to retrofit. Tell us at scoping, not at the audit.

  • Migrating live data

    Raises it

Moving a running system without downtime is a project in itself. The cost is in the rehearsals and the rollback plan, not the migration script.

  • Deciding what not to build

    Lowers it

The cheapest feature is the one cut in scoping. We will argue for cutting things, including when it shrinks the engagement.

  • A decision-maker who is available

    Lowers it

One person who can answer a question in a day rather than a committee that meets fortnightly. Nothing shortens a project more reliably.
